Infomercial is a small app run by one person. Signing in means you agree to this page. It is short on purpose.
You need to be 13 or over, and old enough where you live to agree to this yourself.
One account each, and it is yours. Your handle is public and cannot be changed, so pick one you are happy to be known by, and not somebody else's name.
Your reviews, rankings, replies, phone-in answers, calls, the line on your card and your photo are yours. By posting them you let Infomercial store them and show them to other people using the app, for as long as your account is there. Delete your account and they go with it. You can also delete a post or a reply of your own whenever you like: hold it down, then Delete. If it was reported first, a copy of it stays with the report.
There is no tolerance here for objectionable content or for people who abuse other people. Do not post, in words or in a photo:
Do not try to break the app, get at other people's data, or collect what people have posted by machine.
Anybody can block you, report you, or report something you posted: by holding it down, from the foot of your channel, or from Menu under Block or report. A report is read by a person within 24 hours. Whatever breaks these rules is taken down, and the account that posted it can be removed with it, without notice.
Shows and artwork come from TMDB and casts from TVmaze. They can be wrong or late. Posters and pictures belong to whoever made them.
Infomercial is provided as it is. It is new: things can break, and something you wrote could be lost. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for that, or for what other people post.
You can delete your account whenever you like: You, then Menu, then Delete account.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Carrying on using Infomercial after that means agreeing to the new ones.
